Project management
If there's one function that can make an event or meeting truly successful, it's professional project management! Because the project manager is where it all begins - and ends.
When you start a project with us at Contrast, you will be assigned a personal contact who is responsible for the entire project implementation, from idea and concept to follow-up.
Your personal project manager is responsible for ensuring that you achieve your event objectives and that the agreed budget is met. The project manager also draws up a project and time schedule so that any deviations or risks can be addressed at the earliest possible stage.
The project manager is responsible for your event
The project manager leads the work of the internal working group, which can consist of several different roles: production manager, content producer, speech coach, copywriter, technician - all depending on the roles that we need to deploy to achieve the goal we set together.
After the event or meeting, the project manager will conduct a follow-up. This can be anything from a check-in to a comprehensive participant survey, depending on your needs.
The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the event meets what you have agreed. The project manager is also responsible for ensuring that the event follows the sustainability plan.
The production manager manages the production itself
The Production Manager is involved in both the planning and execution of your event and is the person who liaises with all subcontractors and ensures that the production follows the project plan and execution schedule.
"We've done around 100 events together over the years, and that says a lot about our rating for Contrast. They have always succeeded. Their personality and professional approach sets them apart."
