Looström conference - strategy, development and study visits

Strategy and development - conversations that usually take place in conference rooms. But what happens if you take the conversations to a whole new place?

The construction company Looström chose to book the staff on the night train to Åre to look ahead, develop, discuss, socialize and do exciting things together.

The study tour "Looström looks ahead" gave the company the opportunity to bring together its 50 employees to work together:

Looström always challenges us by wanting meeting places with interesting buildings to study more closely. And it's not architecturally beautiful places they're after - they want to study structures. These are the guys who can linger long enough to look at a concrete floor or joist.

In Åre, they had a packed program with several study visits for inspiration and development.

Sound exciting? (It certainly is if you are a designer.)

In between, we had experiences and activities that reflect Looström's corporate culture and the active lifestyle they support; snowshoeing to hot baths before visiting restaurants, cooking outdoors in sub-zero temperatures, building ice sculptures, skiing, slalom competitions. And of course, great team-building socializing.
