Digital kickoff with Nelson Garden

In a series of events and activities, we have engaged staff around Nelson Gardens' new strategy, most recently through a digital kick-off.

Exciting' and 'Positive' are the reactions we wanted

Nelson Garden is one of the leading players in the Nordic gardening industry. During 2021, we have collaborated on the most fundamental - and most important - part of their plan to develop their brand; getting all employees on board the journey of change. In a series of events and activities, we have created engagement around the company's new strategy, most recently through a digital kick-off.

From one of our studios, we broadcast live to all Nelson's employees across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Representatives of the company's management, the vice president, the communications manager and the sales manager, were present in the studio. From here, we created a visualization of the brand strategy that showed all the steps the company will go through to achieve the vision. The work started with a digital outdoor event at the beginning of the summer and has continued throughout the summer with fun challenges in our app. Now, through the kick-off, we kicked off the actual work according to the new plan.

For two hours, participants enjoyed interesting presentations and pep talks from the management, smells and tastes (yes, it can be arranged digitally), asked questions, and participated in fun challenges and competitions.
