The event process

Live, digital or hybrid - the road to successful events goes through five steps.

All parts of the event

We take care of and solve all the elements required for a good event. And whether it's a live event, digital event or hybrid event, the elements are the same:

  • Concept creation
  • Project management
  • Content production
  • Communication strategy
  • Flow design and logistics
  • Technology
  • Implementation
  • Evaluation

Our work process

Traditionally, event processes usually look like this:

  1. Planning
  2. Invitation and registration
  3. Content & production
  4. Implementation
  5. Evaluation

We follow that process too. But when we start planning a new event, we turn the tables! We simply ask ourselves the important questions in reverse order. Because then we get it right!

  1. The evaluation
Question: What do we want the target audience to think/feel/do after the event? In the answer we find your communication objectives.

  2. The implementation
Question: What type of event fits the purpose and objectives? The answer tells us how the participants will meet; in a specific location, digitally or a mix of both.

  3. Content & production
Question: How can we work with content and production to support the desired outcome and in line with the brand? In the answer we find the embryo of everything that will make your event unique, all the details that will each contribute to the overall experience.

  4. Invitation & registration
Question: How do we design the communication around the event and set the right tone? The answer can be found in joint conversations and by studying the brand manaul and other things that tell us more about the brand.

  5. The planning
Questions: And finally, what roles should be included in the project team? What is the timeline? The answer will be the people best suited to the project, and the number of project team members will depend on what is required to complete all the elements within the timeframe.
