6 benefits of a digital event
The physical meeting has an incredible power to change attitudes and reinforce messages. But digital events are no less powerful. And they have several other advantages.

🎥 You can reach as many people as you want! The number of participants in physical meetings is often limited by budget and venue. In digital meetings, there is no maximum number, and additional people can watch the broadcast afterwards.
🎥 Reduced costs. Not all participants have to travel, and they save time as digital events need to be kept short and sweet. While these require a lot of preparation and a lot of people on the ground during the broadcast, they often do not require as many man-hours as the production of a live event.
🎥 Easier to interact with participants. More people get to speak and ask questions, e.g. through a meeting app. More people also dare to share their opinions when it can be done anonymously.
🎥 Reuse. Use the recorded event in other contexts, for example to build the brand in your company's social channels.
🎥 S horter lead time. Although the planning phase is intensive and invaluable for digital events, we do not need as much preparation time as we are not dependent on booking venues, accommodation and transportation.
🎥 It's sustainable. From a sustainability perspective, spot on!
Remember!
Keep in mind that digital events is not a "filmed live event". Nor do we have the physical community as a tool to create energy and engagement - that's why it's more important than ever to have a core and exciting content. We always put a lot of effort into the preparation, which is invaluable in keeping participants engaged throughout the broadcast. This also allows us to achieve the impact and objectives our clients want.
