Dagens industri surprised us with an email on Sunday.

For the past four years, we have met the criteria that now make us 𝗲𝘁𝘁 𝗮𝘃 𝗦𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗮̈𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼̈𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗴.

𝗩𝗶 𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝘃𝘂𝘅𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝟮𝟵𝟲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁. And this at a time when we, like everyone in the communications industry, have been affected by AI transformation, uncertain markets and cautious customers.

There are two things we did differently:

First, we have been structured and purposeful in following our plan. It has helped us to keep going:

• Daring to invest when others hold back
• Keeping a cool head and not acting on fears
• Being unpretentious and taking help where we need it
• Not looking to others but doing our thing
• Remembering to have fun on the road 

It's not a spectacular strategy, but it works.

Secondly, all the Contrasters have done a fantastic job. Because it's easy to talk about plans and goals, but it's much harder to follow through on them, every day.

The great thing is that we believe in continued growth in the future: We have broadened our offer, gained five new customers this fall, and if the year continues at the same pace, we may need more.

But we are most proud of our customer relationships:

Four out of five have worked with us for 10 years or more. That says something about trust and reciprocity that even we can't ignore.

Contrast is a Di Gazelle company in 2025. What a nice reminder that it pays to think long term, push on and dare to stay the course.
