Tidsam Boost Camp - an annual conference
Tidsam holds an annual conference to summarize the past year and set goals for the coming year. This year, the aim was also to introduce new employees from an acquired company to the Tidsam spirit.

Tidsam is Sweden's largest magazine supplier, with around 400 titles in its range, sold through around 7200 retailers in Sweden. Every year, Tidsam's management gathers the company's officials for a conference. In addition to providing employees at the head office with an update on the state of the organization, this year Contrast was given the challenge of introducing and incorporating employees from the recently acquired company Interpress into the corporate culture and community of Tidsam. The merger of the two companies had naturally required a lot of energy during the year. Therefore, there was also every reason to create a positive and joyful atmosphere when the employees could finally start looking ahead.
To maximize the impact of the conference part of the program, we created light-hearted platforms for information and dialogue, inspired by TV competitions - all in line with the competitive Tidsam value that 'competitions should be on fair terms'. A teamwork-based competition in the afternoon gave employees the opportunity to get to know each other. We used nature and the surroundings of the conference facility as a backdrop - not least because health and fitness is a priority for Tidsam's management. And as if on cue, we were treated to a magical, sunny late summer evening on this particular day! Everyone gathered at the dock to swim, socialize and enjoy nature.
