Gates Corporation - an international kickoff

Inflation, energy crisis, rising interest rates... There are basically two ways manufacturing companies are dealing with these major challenges: 1) They cut back on everything and stay afloat until the crisis subsides. Or 2) they find new opportunities with the new conditions.

Our customer Gates Corporation - the world's largest manufacturer of drive belts and fluid power products - has chosen to do the latter.

They showed this when they gathered all their European managers for a joint kickoff to find new opportunities in an uncertain world.

Participants had to put their heads together and find creative solutions by

🌟 Become more productive
🌟 Create new collaborations between different departments and functions of the organization.

At the same time, the company also wanted to;

🌟 Strengthen "Team Gates" and the team spirit in the company - an action that is just as important in times of crisis as in good times.

The European managers and leadership team had three busy days where we focused on participation, dialog, engagement and interaction.

Interesting talks and interviews from the stage were mixed with thought-provoking and creative workshops.

The result? A number of clear action plans that will be implemented immediately.
