Doing the analysis, working with the brand and acting goal-oriented creates commitment and energy in the organization. It makes everyone understand the direction, where you want to go. Into the bone marrow.
For three full days, Galvin Green's employees and agents from Europe and North America worked to move borders.
In workshops and discussion groups we created engagement and active participation. We talked about branding and value proposition. We took a deep dive into the challenges of change management. We celebrated successes and mapped out the way forward. And launched the 2024 collection, of course.
But how do you know that participants are engaged? For real?
Of course, you can feel it in every conversation and discussion during a conference. Or like at the closing party, when all participants stood up and danced... before the appetizer (how often does that happen?) Then we knew for sure that we had managed to create an engagement that will make a difference. 😇🕺
