Digital kickoff with Elitfönster
When the most fun (and important) internal event of the year, the Autumn Kickoff, could not be carried out, Elitfönster's sales team was disappointed. How could a digital event replace the laughter and community?

Challenge: Elitfönster is one of Sweden's largest window manufacturers. Every fall, the company organizes a kick-off for all its salespeople. The goal is to inform about what will happen during the fall, and to give the salespeople a good dose of energy. This year's upcoming event was canceled due to the ongoing Corona pandemic, but the need to meet was still there. Running a traditional Teams meeting was not an option.
Solution: Contrast created a creative concept to engage and energize participants. It became a hybrid event - the workforce participated digitally from different locations in Sweden, sitting in groups of five. This way we created both a physical community but also a sense of belonging. During the preparations, we delved deeply into the messages the company wanted to convey and came up with creative ways to convey them. The solution was a three-hour "television broadcast" with a varied program; with the help of a moderator, we alternated between interviews, interactivity, pre-filmed material, a team-building group activity and a joint coffee break.
