New agency director: Julia Gustafson Berg steps into leadership role

We are delighted to announce that Julia Gustafson Berg is joining Contrast in Stockholm as the new agency manager and will be taking her place in the management team.

Julia has been part of Contrast since 2021, most recently as an account manager. Now she is taking the next step and assuming greater responsibility for direction, relationships, and development.

"It feels incredibly exciting to be involved in influencing the direction and offering, even though we already have an organization with high ceilings. We are in an exciting phase where a lot is happening, and I see great opportunities ahead," says Julia.

Contrast is a Di Gasell company 2025 and has several years of strong growth behind it. Recruiting internally meant a secure and natural transition.

"We want to make the most of the drive, determination, and expertise that we have in-house. When the role became available, Julia was the obvious choice. She is straightforward, fearless, and strategic, with a strong understanding of both business and people. Julia is Contrast through and through," says Ola Comstedt, CEO.

Now we are taking another step forward. With Julia's clarity, curiosity, and drive at the helm, we continue to develop Contrast in Stockholm. As always, our focus is on great experiences and strong relationships.
