TV4's Let's Dance 2023

For 11 Saturdays, Contrast carried out a major event assignment on behalf of TV4 at the Let's Dance studio.

Contrast has project managed all public parts that took place outside the live studio itself, ie everything related to the audience, VIP guests & hospitality, sponsors and various activations on site.

The production company Mastiff is responsible for the program and live broadcasts.

This was an assignment that was complex but not complicated. Managing the audience foyer, VIP lounge, mingle buffets, VIP goodie bags and award ceremonies is part of what we normally do.

We're used to working to firm deadlines where nothing can go wrong. But millions of viewers... that gives us butterflies too.
